Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

2. Return Confirmation: Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a return confirmation and instructions on how to proceed.
3. Pack and Ship: Pack the item securely, include the return confirmation, and ship it to the address provided in the confirmation.

 

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 7 days for the refund to process.

Please note that certain items and situations may be exempt from our return policy: - final sale items
